Registration & payment
• Enrolment on a course is confirmed upon confirmation and (partial) payment.
Payment must be made according to the agreed terms.
Cancellation before start
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the start date of the course.
• If you cancel within 7 days before the start date, 30% of the course fee will be charged as an administrative fee.
Discontinuation after commencement of training
• Following the commencement of the course, no refunds will be issued for lessons already attended.
• If you cancel after the start, the remaining amount will not be refunded, given reserved time slots, preparation and materials.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), Noor Beauty Shop may decide to issue a voucher for future treatments/courses (no cash refunds).
Absence / Rescheduling Classes
Lessons can only be moved in consultation and subject to availability.
• If you do not show up without timely notice, the lesson will be forfeited.
Materials & preparation
• Materials and products used during training are included in the training price and will not be refunded separately upon termination.
Changes & Cancellation by Noor Beauty Shop
Noor Beauty Shop reserves the right to reschedule classes in the event of force majeure. In such cases, a new date will be agreed upon together.
